The role

This position forms part of a high performing, positive and proactive environment and community team focussed on meeting Origin objectives and statutory requirements.

This role will primarily support the Principal Environment & Community Business Partner while also collaborating closely with the broader HSE and Generation community

More about the role

Collate facility specific environmental data provided by the broader team for the purposes of corporate and federal environmental reporting schemes
Coordinate and analyse environment and community data arising from reporting schemes, approvals and assurance activities
Maintain constructive relationships with BAU and project teams to enable the provision of environmental risk and compliance advice on regulatory requirements
Conduct assurance to verify that obligations in Environment & Community Management Plans and regulatory approvals are met

About you

35 years plus working in an environmental compliance focussed role or 5 years plus in a role with a broader environmental focus
Strong aptitude in Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of applicable environmental legislation
Experience in managing regulatory approvals
Demonstrated high motivation and output under mínimal supervision
