About us:


Medical Sciences Journals Press Releases is one of Australia's most iconic Clubs in the Western Sydney region, strengthened by its sister club Vikings Sports Club (Dundas) and newly amalgamated Dural Country Club.

Vikings Sports Club is a real family friendly venue, with great Bistro Meals and Little Vikings, a play area for the young ones.

We are passionate about bringing together our community, supporting local causes, and offering welcoming experiences for our members and community by delivering exceptional service.


About the role:


An exciting opportunity exists for a Kitchen Hand with a strong work ethic and passion for food, looking to grow and develop in their hospitality career.


Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Food preparation assistance.
  • Ensuring that all Kitchen and associated food preparation areas comply with a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Operating commercial dishwashers
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required by Chefs and Management

About you:


  • Experience as kitchen hand or in hospitality environment (highly desirable)
  • Flexibility to work around a 24/7 day rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • RSA (or willing to obtain)
  • Food Handler Basics Certificate (or willing to obtain)
  • Able to follow systems and procedures.
  • Good knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations.
  • Highly reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Strong timemanagement skills and ability to work well under pressure
