Flexible, motivated and looking for the next step in your career?:

'Do your thing' as a Relief Team Leader:

We have an exciting opportunity for a
Relief Team Leader to help our customers _"Do their thing"_ by providing critical support to our Contact Centre.

Are you ready to make a real difference to people's lives?

You'll be providing important coverage to an existing Team Leader due to planned or unplanned leave and continue to develop, manage and maintain their high performing team to meet all set objectives, and ensure they are highly engaged.

Outside of providing coverage, you'll be performing coaching and support duties to our teams that require additional assistance.

You'll work a

6am to 11pm.

What you'll do

  • Coach and lead the team to exceed service and sales targets, along with achieving exceptional quality assurance results.
  • Drive motivation and engagement, and foster an environment of strong teamwork.
  • Contribute to Contact Centre success involvement and support in change management across the Contact Centre.
  • Work with a variety of ING business units to proactively identify and address issues that affect call volumes in the contact centre.
  • Provide support to colleagues and create a "one centre vision."
  • Ensure proper handover from and to existing leaders prior to and at completion of relief.

What we're looking for

  • Strong experience in a team leadership role with a customer service focus, e.g. contact centre, hospitality, retail or similar.
  • Demonstrated experience coaching a team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective time management and problem solving skills.
  • Flexibility to manage and adapt to different teams.

What's in it for you?

  • Annual rest day an extra day of leave
  • Encouraged work/life balance, with a flexible combination of work from home and work in office.
  • Open and dynamic team and environment.
  • Employee Wellbeing Program so that you can be your "Best You."
  • Free onsite parking and great facilities nearby.
