Overview:
Kilmore Group is a Specialist Remediation Contractor focusing on value creation and quality delivery, with the objective of structuring and deploying over 100 full-time specialist staff from professional and trade backgrounds to repair and prolong the longevity of client assets.
Kilmore Group draws upon deep technical expertise and a profound understanding of the construction process for projects involving façade systems, waterproofing concrete repair, remedial works, and modular construction.
As part of these ongoing efforts, a Project Administrator is required to support the business' project teams throughout the lifecycle of Killmore Group's projects, requiring a combination of administrative, strategic, and operational tasks, ensuring that our projects across Australia are executed efficiently and effectively within the set parameters.
Main tasks:
- Assisting in developing, reviewing, and negotiating variations to contracts, programs, projects, and services.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Architects, Engineering Professionals, and owners to ensure project goals are met.
- Managing and organising paperwork associated with contracts, programs, and projects, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and compliance.
- Assisting in the preparation, scheduling, coordination, and monitoring of projects.
- Coordinating with team members and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
- Preparing and reviewing submissions and reports concerning the organisation's activities, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Collecting and analysing data associated with projects, reporting on outcomes and providing insights for future improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and project management standards and assist in risk management and problemsolving activities.
- Assisting in budget tracking, expense management, and risk management to advise senior management on critical matters and implement their decisions effectively.
Required/Relevant Qualifications & Work Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field or Certificate in Project Administration or a related certification.
- 3 years of experience in an administrative or project support role, preferably in Construction.
Required/Relevant Skills & Knowledge:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, project management software, and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices, and contract management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong problemsolving skills.

$80, $90,000.00 per year
