Our clients rely on our financial, commercial and technical expertise to help solve their complex issues, most likely during periods of distress.

This expertise includes leading some of corporate Australia's most high-profile business turnarounds and insolvencies.

Every day is different.

One day, you could find yourself using your financial analysis skills to identify why a business is underperforming; the next, you could use your people skills to liaise with creditors of an insolvent business to discuss their rights.

What will a normal day look like? Well, you can count on that every day you will:

  • Provide high quality financial and commercial insights to our clients
  • Adopt emerging technologies to help enhance the client experience as well as your own digital IQ and capability
  • Identify key financial, commercial and operational value drivers for our clients to help them reach their objectives
  • Find solutions that maximise returns for clients and other stakeholders in distressed situations
As a graduate in Business Recovery Services, the top skills you'll need to hit the ground running are:

  • A degree in Commerce or Business with a major in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • Strong financial analytical skills
  • An interest in solving complex problems
  • An ability to build strong client and team relationships
Anticipated start date is February 24, 2025

Your New Benefits

  • Flexible daily working hours for a worklife balance that suits you
  • Work overseas or interstate for that precious time with your family and friends
  • Paid study (and leave), we'll pay all the costs and give you time off to study
  • No dress code so you can feel comfortable and dress for your day
  • A competitive starting salary package with the opportunity for yearly bonuses
  • Health & fitness perks like a wellness stipend and discounted memberships
  • More family time with 26 weeks paid parental leave policy for mums, dads and foster carers
