About the role

Your key accountabilities will include:

Supporting W&S activities including incident response and investigation, auditing, risk assessment, W&S projects and ensuring that targets & objectives are achieved
Building and maintaining effective relationships with customers & stakeholders
Providing quality and timely coaching, advice, and support on W&S matters
Promoting W&S to key stakeholders
Reviewing the implementation of W&S products & programs across ANZ workplaces and providing feedback on good practices as well as opportunities for improvement
Ensuring that all services delivered comply with governance requirements, policies, processes, and with legal & regulatory requirements

Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney or Adelaide


Role Type:
Permanent, Full-time

What will you bring?

To be successful in this role, you will have the following knowledge, experiences and skills:
Strong technical knowledge and experience in Health & Safety in a large organization
Demonstrated operational experience working in Safety and Wellbeing
Subject matter expertise in workplace mental health and psychological risk management is advantageous
Demonstrated experience in developing and providing solutions to health and safety issues
Demonstrated experience and success building strong and collaborative working relationships
Strong coaching, negotiating, influencing, and consulting skills with the ability to influence and make a positive impact at all levels
Tertiary qualification and prior experience in Occupation Health & Safety, or other related discipline

You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
