Do you have previous retentions or customer service experience in a contact centre environment? Are you seeking a new opportunity? We want to hear from you

Responsibilities:


  • Manage a mixture of both inbound and outbound retentions calls to members ensuring customers are educated on products and benefits that are best suited to their needs
  • Provide a personal and informed customer service experience in every interaction with members, answering enquiries in a clear nontechnical manner
  • Identifying customer's needs through effective questioning & active listening skills

Skills and attributes required:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for customer service and sales along with a keen interest in Health Insurance
  • Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail
  • Solutions focused Ability to make informed decisions in a time poor environment
  • Ability to work well and collaborate with a team to achieve team targets a big team player

This is a full-time permanent opportunity working on a rotating roster Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm
