Description
Our client is a global company in the renewable energy market.They continue to grow and are now looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their HR Team.
The main responsibilities will include:
- HandlingHR and payrollrelated records and reports (inc. Workday maintenance)
- Handling all employees' payrollrelated requests
- Handling endtoend payroll processing in Australia
- Preparing monthly payroll together with an external provider
- Prepares data for payroll run
- Maintains all payroll records
- Processes and reconciles leave records & accrual
- Checks and files payroll reports
- Prepares payrollrelated GL Journals for Finance
- Prepares associated payroll payments, reports and Journals (e.g. PR Tax & Superannuation, Child Support, ESPC)
- Prepares yearly payroll reconciliations
- Assists with bank payments and reconciliation
- Assists with Fringe Benefits Tax tracking and reporting
Salary:
$80, $90,000.00 per year
