- Responsible for the delivery of Solution Architecture services to projects.
- Contribute when required to the development of architectural artifacts such as policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development and management of reference architectures when required.
- Promote architecture standards and requirements amongst technology and business stakeholders.
- Deliver architecture recommendations based on project requirements and industry best practices, to help solve complex technical problems and ensure fit-for-purpose solutions are implemented wherever possible.
- Cooperate closely with Project team members to ensure delivery.
- Monitor adherence to architecture standards and procedures.
- Ensure effective integration of automation architecture with client standards.
- Identify and promote opportunities for standardization and reusability of architecture across the automation roadmap for the client.
- Strong effective communicator; with solid interpersonal and analytical decision-making
- Demonstrable experience in influencing teams and preferably within matrix structures. -Demonstrable experience in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid Waterfall project methodologies.
- Able to convey information to non-technical colleagues in a concise and clear way.
- A logical approach to problem-solving and complexity disaggregation.
- Tenacity and patience along with high attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent presentation skills.
- A strong team-based approach to work. Offers peer support and actively participates in sharing of knowledge/skills.
- Ability to work in a diverse and globally dispersed virtual team environment.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Math's / Science or Information Technology / Business.
- Architect certification like TOGAF is a plus.
