Be part of the action, excitement and festivities this Caulfield Cup Carnival 2023

The Melbourne Racing Club (MRC) is one of Australia's most prestigious Sports, Events and Property Development companies.

As well as running elite horse racing at Caulfield, Ladbrokes Park (Sandown) and Mornington Racecourses, we also host an emerging collection of owned events such as The Peninsula Picnic and Sandown Super 400 V8's.

Of course, our most recognised event is our Caulfield Cup Carnival - with 2023 looking to be the most impressive carnival yet.

If you have ever wanted to be a part of the action, then now is your chance We are looking for a variety of
casual roles within our Food and Beverage and Kitchen teams -
all-rounders, bartenders, baristas, a la carte waiters, chefs, cooks and kitchen hands.

Essential Skills

Friendly and approachable demeanour. Excellent customer service skills
Confidence in interacting with customers
High standard of grooming and presentation
Must be able to work as part of a team team morale and culture is an essential part of our workplace environment.
Current Victorian RSA or be willing to obtain (F&B specific)
Availability for (majority) key

Carnival Race Days: 14/10*, 18/10, 21/10*, 18/11 & 02/12
