This high performing, collegiate Dispute Resolution and Litigation team in Sydney is growing and they are looking for a driven 2+ year PQE lawyer with commercial litigation experience to join the team.

A top performer in the corporate and commercial litigation space" with the supervising Partner recognised year on year for their expertise in the area of corporate governance and compliance in the energy and resources sector.


To succeed in this role you will ideally have;

• 2+ years post admission legal experience
• General commercial litigation experience is advantageous, as are associateships with the Court
• An excellent academic record coupled with strong technical legal skills
• A commitment to excellence and delivery of high quality outcomes to our clients
• Ability to effectively manage your own time, managing competing tasks and at time working to tight deadlines
• Strong drafting skills with specific ability to draft court documents and affidavits
• A team player mentality, with a supportive and collaborative working style
