About the role
As the E&I Technician you will provide support to the fixed plant maintenance team to ensure targeted plant and equipment accessibility.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will be;- Inspection, service and repair of plant and equipment
- Test and calibrate instrumentation as required
- Overhaul / assemble equipment in a workshop environment
- Actively participate in safety initiatives and systems to ensure all work is carried out safely
- Adhere to site housekeeping standards
- Will have previous exposure to working as a E&I Technician in hazardous area maintenance and conducting detailed inspections on fixed plant and equipment.
- Must be able to work a sportsman roster that includes day and night shift
Essential Requirements:
- Unrestricted WA Electrical License
- Cert IV in Electrical Instrumentation
- Electrical Trade Qualification
- WA Drivers licence
- High Voltage qualification
- HRWL
- EWP, Forklift (desirable)
Desired Requirements
- Radiation Safety Officer (desirable)
- Supervised Gas Fitter (desirable)
