With more than 25 depots across Australia, we are ideally positioned to provide exceptional vehicle transport services to both individuals and OEM customers.


The Opportunity:


We are currently seeking an enthusiastic person to take on the role of Customer Liaison Officer to ensure our customers receive a service that is prompt, efficient, reliable and courteous and which is delivered to a quality level that satisfies or exceeds the customer's requirements.


Key Responsibilities include:


  • Develop and maintain excellent customer service relations and profile
  • Develop and maintain schedules, Data entry
  • Be the central point of contact for Manufacturer custodians for handing over of new vehicles and acceptance of returned stock
  • Manoeuvring of new vehicles within the compound
  • Communicate and liaise with internal, external customers and external organisations such as manufacturers, transporters/carriers, customs agents, shipping companies and contractors
  • Ensure prompt and effective follow up and response to internal and external customers enquiries and concerns where appropriate;
  • Arrange for the delivery of vehicles efficiently and effectively
  • Carry out continuous improvement recommendations for improvements to work processes

About you:


  • Manual drivers licence with at least 3 years experience
  • Strong organisation skills and high attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in Administration and Customer Service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Experience working in a similar industry is preferable but not essential
  • Selfmotivated and a willingness to learn
  • Strong work ethic
  • Flexible ability to multitask and adapt to changing work requirements
  • Enthusiastic team player
  • Exceptional time management and problemsolving skills
