BASScare is a growing community based NFP provider of a range of aged and community services.

Reporting to the CEO, you will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and will have the following remit:

Strategic and operational responsibility for Residential Aged care (RAC) and Retirement Living (RL) Operations including Hospitality and Sales
Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to the RAC and RL teams that results in outstanding resident care, exceptional staff satisfaction, regulatory compliance and ongoing financial viability.

About you

Experience in Residential Aged Care and/or Retirement Living management
Experience in managing a multidisciplinary team
You will need current AHPRA registration
Energy and enthusiasm to build a great team to care for our residents

About the role

Managing the operations of 2 Aged Care Facilities and 2 Retirement Villages
Optimising team performance and maintaining approved provider status
Strategic goal achievement including developing an organisation wide Dementia Management Strategy
Ensuring Services exceed industry standards and regulations
Stakeholder Engagement, representing the organisation with all stakeholders
Ensuring financial sustainability commercial viability and alignment with organisational targets/industry benchmarking
60% operations + 40% strategy (handson in operations with keen eye for strategy
