- Paying $90,000 $100,000 dependent on experience
About Our Client:
The client is an established and global law firm with lawyers located in more than 40 countries throughout the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific.
- Assist the Marketing team with client events; organise and execute client and internal events, manage RSVPs etc.
- Assist in the implementation of events and seminars in support of the marketing campaigns; coordinate logistics, organise invitations, catering coordination, room bookings, name tags, placards, menu's etc.
- Ensure legal teams maintain up to date client contact information
- Monitor mailboxes to support the nation BD team and the firm
- Processing invoices, ensuring timely payment and accurate allocation
- Maintaining filling systems for financial information
- Other ad hoq tasks as required
The Successful Applicant:
- Experience working within Professional Services and/or the Legal Sector in a similar role is essential
- Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a team
- Dedicated client service orientation
- Willingness to learn and a 'can do' attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A strong and proven attention to detail
- Clear and concise documentation skills
- Flexibility in balancing your daily activities to allow for the management of a varied workload
- Advanced MS Office and a good working knowledge of Word styles and formatting and Adobe. Knowledge of Interaction an advantage
- Willingness to pitch in and help often under tight timeframes
- Organised and efficient
- Takes responsibility and delivers what is required of them
