What this opportunity involves:
As the Centralised Lease Administrator, you'll be assisting the property managers with the delivery of quality property management services.
Ensure that tenant lease requirements are met in full, accurate and consistent tenancy schedules are upheld and that database compliance is maintained.
This centralised role assists the Segment's Property Managers with the delivery of quality property management services.An Overview of the role:
Check rent review process' are successfully completed each month
Assist in producing tenant tax invoices across portfolio by monitoring closure of lease events
Lease abstractions of new setups and any lease modifications
Bank guarantees in place, remind property managers of tenant top-ups
Sundry charge initiation via the internal workflow platform
Maintain tenancy schedule consistency and maintain data for MRI and acumen reporting
Lease audit assistance
Conduct monthly review to ensure all records are closed to completion
Act as the key point of contact for property managers regarding lease admin queries
Conduct tenant account reconciliations when required and time allows
Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for:
Lease Administration experience and or property industry experience
Prior use of MRI or a similar platform would be advantageous
Excellent written and verbal communicator
Advanced user of MS Office suite
Strong time management and organisational skills
Certificate of registration would be beneficial
