Looking for a highly organised individual to work amongst a fast-paced team as a Warehouse Manager & Dispatch Co-ordinator

An applicant would have experience with the following tasks:

• Preparing consignments for dispatch
• Preparing invoicing and critical paperwork for logistics
• Understanding of a multitude of freight services (direct, national, international )
• Understanding on production scheduling and stock production in relation to order flow systems
• Working with timelines (daily, weekly)
• Delegation of jobs to team members and be able to lead a team of staff.
• Setting up best practices and workflow systems
• Stock management, stock rotation and stocktaking

- proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

The roles of this position include but are not limited to:

• Implementing and monitoring purchasing, storage, and distribution procedures.
• Effective record keeping through the operation of record systems and an ability to keep paperwork organised in line with protocol.
• A good understanding on inventory management and stock control, including the monitoring of stock levels and inventory staff and systems.
• Communicating to internal and external stakeholders, including liaising with internal staff and external suppliers to ensure products are negotiated and distributed according to planned timeframes.
• Coordinating staff members in the dispatch and distribution of products, as well as leading staff to help achieve KPIs and daily output requirements.
• Reporting on logistics reports and planning related procedures with upper management and directors.
• Organising logistics of soaps and related Natural Resources Australia products, nationally and internationally. Including liaising with other departments and customers.
• Strategic planning of inventory, stock, and supplies at a high level.
• Reviewing and developing processes and procedures that will continually improve all supply and distribution functions and stock control at minimum cost.
• Follow all safe working procedures.

Preferred skills include.

• Forklift license
• Fluent in mandarin
• Australian Driver's license

Salary:
Up to $70,000.00 per year


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Epping, VIC 3076: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
