Lycopodium Minerals are looking for a FIFO
Engineering Manager to join our site based team in Ghana you will be reporting to the Site Manager, the role will be required for 18 months on a 6:2 roster.

The tasks you'll perform:

Ensuring that all the Engineering services are up to a high standard in line with Company, Client, regulatory and contractual requirements.
Manage the various work procedures, practices, and plans of the Field Engineering Services teams to ensure deliverables are met to a highlevel of accuracy.
Provide specialist advice and act as the primary contact for all project technical support, liaise with the engineering team to resolve issues and ensure deliverables are met.

The expertise you'll bring:

University degree in Engineering or equivalent from a recognised tertiary institution is desired (ideally Mechanical).
15+ years post graduate experience in Mineral Processing or related industries.
Welldeveloped written and verbal communication and influencing skills.
Solid technical aptitude, analytical and conflict management skills.
Demonstrated success overseeing procurement and cost on a remote project
Ability to effectively supervise a diverse team.
Personal qualities of integrity, credibility and commitment.
Provide mentoring and identify avenues of professional development.
A technical understanding of mineral processing plant value chain and ancillaries (ie: tailings, electrical switchyards) critical
Demonstrated success building and sustaining positive relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, vendors and coworkers.
Must be willing and able to go to work FIFO from site
