Description

Contributing to the student experience and teaching quality, the successful applicant will bring with them experience as a practicing architect, as well as strong industry connections.

Working alongside other academics within the Department of Architecture and Industrial Design, the Lecturer, Architecture will contribute to the school's objectives as a leading institute for design education and research.

About You

To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

Demonstrated ability to manage curriculum, and high-quality teaching in Architecture with outstanding graduate outcomes
An emerging track record of highquality research in Architecture or other related areas, as evidenced by publications and nontraditional research outcomes
An emerging track record in attracting external research income through competitive grants and/or industry collaboration
Demonstrated substantial professional practice as an architect in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry, strong professional networks and evidence of expertise in design

Qualifications

Membership of an appropriate Professional body
An earned doctoral qualification in Architecture or associated field
