The role

As a QC Inspector, you will manage all day to day operations at the distribution centre (OFC) related to Quality inspections for all brands.

You will also manage and coordinate the reprocessing of goods, internally & externally whilst conducting regular audits at store, reporting on AQL and store audit inspection failures.

Key responsibilities

Support the CRG head office teams by conducting inspections on bulk at the distribution centre in a timely and efficient manner
Manage and lead VAS teams on quality inspections for larger volume checks at distribution centre
Train and monitor 3rd party reprocessing supply base on ways of working which relates to CRG quality standards, conducting inspections, handling the goods in and out of the distribution centre
Manage and report on inspection failures and store audits
Travel required on a regular basis to retail stores and 3PL to conduct quality checks across these locations
Working with Quality team on due diligence checks across products in the distribution centre, ensuring products of high risk are safe and complaint to both the ACCC and CRG internal standards
Advise CRG HQ brand teams on the outcomes of product due diligence checks, provide seasonal reporting on risk type assessed, outcomes and actions taken.
Proven record of successfully coordinating and delivering on multiple projects/tasks in the same time frame whilst ensuring all stakeholder are regularly updated and projects are closed off in a timely manner.
5+ years' experience within a similar role working within Apparel
Experience of quality standards across multiple product areas would be highly beneficial
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
