Lindsay Transport is the, specialising in temperature sensitive, time-slotted freight into Central Markets and major Grocery Distribution Centres to help our customers best meet their national supply chain needs.

The Opportunity:

The Rates Administrator will work in a small team within the company's commercial transport division at Lindsay Australia.

Your key day to day tasks will include, but not be limited to:

Ensure correct database set up of new customers
Implement new rates including base rates, delivery fees, fuel etc for customers and subcontractors
Annual and ad hoc rate increases
Address and zone code maintenance
Customer quotes
Provide rates to clients and internal staff as required
Coordinate onboarding of new customers with other business teams
Work with people across the business to ensure quote to invoice accuracy
Audit freight bill data entry for errors to ensure accuracy of information and rates

About you:

To succeed in this role, we anticipate you will be able to demonstrate:

Systems savvy
with the ability to use multiple systems concurrently
Proficient in the use of the MS office, with intermediate Excel skills.
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Strong organisational skills with the demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities and deliver to agreed deadlines
Strong administration and data entry skills
A thorough and systematic approach to tasks
