About Us:

This role will be located at our facility in Sydney, Australia.


Responsibilities:


  • Support effectively the order to cash process, including administering order fulfilment using an ERP system and supporting case and consignment field inventory requirements
  • Comprehend, recall, and explain complex transactional information
  • Coordinate mailouts e.g., sales literature/materials, customer notifications
  • Fulfil general administration to ad hoc customer requests e.g., form completion, reporting requests
  • Coordinate fieldbased events
  • Use data to recognize opportunities for process improvement to drive effectiveness

Required Qualifications:


  • HSC or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a customer service/administrative customerfacing role where accuracy and process discipline are essential
  • Detailoriented while able to stay focused on the broader goals and objectives
  • Flexible, openminded, and solutionoriented team player
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
  • Effective and professional communication skills, written and oral
  • Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to travel up to 5%

Desired Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Experience working in a regulated or medical customer service environment, call center or an international business setting with an understanding of inventory management in a Medical Device setting (including consignment and loan stock)
  • Proficiency in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, preferably SAP
