Description

About us
Seer believes that technology can have a positive impact on healthcare.

We're on a mission to challenge the status quo of healthcare and push the limits of what's possible when it comes to patient empowerment.

By opening access to home monitoring services at scale, we believe we can relieve bottlenecks in the healthcare system, fast-track treatment, improve productivity, and save millions of lives.

Our mission is to open up access to brain, heart, and respiratory monitoring that is traditionally only offered through hospitals.

We do this by creating medical products and services that transition hospital-based diagnostic testing into the home setting.

We also recognise that healthcare doesn't stop after testing.

Research is at the heart of what we do at Seer, and we've been leading the field in understanding seizure cycles and developing a seizure risk forecaster that will change the lives of millions living with uncontrolled epilepsy.

When you join the Seer team, you become part of a tight-knit group driven by purposeful work to make a huge impact in the world.

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Demand and Supply Planner to join our team, focusing on the coordination of operations and supply chain activities related to our medical device solution.

As a Demand and Supply Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient and effective supply chain management, meeting customer demands, optimizing inventory levels, and driving operational excellence.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Clinical and our suppliers, to ensure seamless execution of the supply chain processes.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage S&OP processes in order to align operations with the global company strategy.
  • Maintain the outputs from the S&OP discussions, including actions, forecasts, demand and inventory reporting.
  • Drive the longrange material planning process, and work with suppliers to source raw materials and parts in line with internal forecasts.
  • Manage supplier short/mediumterm production planning, ensuring purchase orders are executed on time; suppliers have sufficient raw materials on hand, transport lead times and costs are optimised.
  • Schedule and manage the sales order process, ensuring deliveries of Seer Home Systems are planned and executed to requested delivery dates
  • Understand trade compliance requirements, and ensure all documentation related to international shipping is complete and submitted on time. Work with customs agents to ensure goods are cleared on time.
  • Work to metrics such as DIFOT; develop processes and systems within the Seer Supply Chain to ensure that metrics are achieved and improved.
  • Work to ISO13485 quality standards when coordinating all raw material sourcing.

Your experience:

  • Fluency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
  • 3+ years experience in a planning and international logistics role, ideally within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience with S&OP and ERP systems.
  • Experience working in a regulated warehouse or production environment under a QMS (ideally ISO13485 or similar).
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering.

Why choose Seer?

You will:
