We're partnering with a leading technology based sporting organisation who are entering their next growth phase.

First "cab off the rank" is a

Digital Marketing Specialist to work directly alongside the Head of Marketing in delivering new strategic campaigns to boost customer engagement.

The role will best suit someone who has a keen eye for campaign optimisation - a natural ability to dissect a brief to understand what works, and what doesn't.

What you'll do:

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that align with the overall marketing strategy.
Develop and manage content for our website and social media channels, including blog posts, videos, and images.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to drive digital marketing efforts.
Analyse and report on the performance of each campaign, across website traffic, conversion rates, and social media engagement.

What you'll need:

3+ years of experience in local (Aus based) digital marketing, agency or inhouse experience.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Social Media advertising.
Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
Strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate performance reports and deliver these to senior management.
