The Role
This role exists to support our financial coaches and advisers so that they have the right capabilities, skills and knowledge to effectively perform their role and ensure they have the skills to help our members improve their financial wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, assess and provide feedback to coaches and advisers through the quality assurance framework
- Design and deliver a comprehensive induction program to new coaches and advisers
- Support the team in implementing new initiatives or campaigns to uplift client and member experience
- Delivery of change management activities including coaching and training or other communication to enhance the technical, product and process knowledge of staff
- Develop and deliver an ongoing adviser development program to identify key skill and knowledge areas that need improving across the broader team
To Be Successful in This Role You Will Possess:
- Solid coaching experience
- Strong stakeholder management, presentation skills and interpersonal communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of relevant Advice regulations and legislation
- Solid experience in the Advice Industry
- Experience creating induction programs and providing feedback
- RG146 qualification
- Relevant tertiary degree in Business, Commerce, Financial Planning or similar discipline
