We have an exciting opportunity for a
customer care consultant to work at our site located in
Wollongong NSW.
**This is an Indigenous

  • Ensuring that all customer enquiries are answered in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Using online systems to access data and answer customer queries within predetermined service times.
  • Entering customer requests/queries online.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records.
  • Administration

Skills & Experience

  • Prior customer service experience contact centre preferred but not essential
  • Have excellent phone manner and enjoy interacting with a vast variety of customers.
  • Have patience and empathy towards others.
  • Have a cando attitude and love creating the WOW factor for customers.
  • Competent computer skills in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and great organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask with a high level of attention.

Salary:
$50, $55,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Canning Vale WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
