We have an exciting opportunity for acustomer care consultant to work at our site located in
Wollongong NSW.

- Ensuring that all customer enquiries are answered in a prompt and professional manner.
- Using online systems to access data and answer customer queries within predetermined service times.
- Entering customer requests/queries online.
- Maintaining accurate customer records.
- Administration
Skills & Experience
- Prior customer service experience contact centre preferred but not essential
- Have excellent phone manner and enjoy interacting with a vast variety of customers.
- Have patience and empathy towards others.
- Have a cando attitude and love creating the WOW factor for customers.
- Competent computer skills in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and great organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask with a high level of attention.
Salary:
$50, $55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Canning Vale WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
