KordaMentha Real Estate is looking to expand our team and is seeking a Real Estate Investment Analyst to join us in Sydney.
Your Opportunity
The role of the Real Estate Investment Analyst will provide broad exposure across our investments and real estate advisory business including private equity, real estate capital transactions, investment management and development.
- Preparing detailed financial analysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities across various assets classes covering debt, equity and hybrid investment opportunities;
- Preparing presentation materials to boards and investment committees;
- Conducting research and analysis of various asset sectors and market trends and produce succinct reports/presentations to support the proposed investment(s) or development(s);
- Creating and reviewing cash flows, strategic business plans and operating plans;
- Assisting with asset, development and transaction management;
- Preparing reports and presentations to support business development initiatives.
About you
- Have 13 years of experience in the corporate finance, strategy consulting or property sector.
- A Bachelor's degree in finance, engineering, business, real estate, mathematics, law or related field (preferred).
- Be able to demonstrate advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint. Proficiency in data analytics (Alteryx, PowerBI, Tableau etc) and GIS will be looked upon favourably but is not required.
- Intellectually curious, with keen business acumen, problem solving skills and a selfstarter with the ability to work independently.
- Be highly numerate and possess strong analytical and research skills.
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
