Jewellery Sales Consultant


Responsibilities:


As a Jewellery Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in our company's success by delivering exceptional service and establishing long-lasting relationships with our customers.


Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers in selecting jewellery pieces that meet their individual preferences, needs, and budgets.
  • Providing expert advice on gemstones, precious metals, and jewellery designs.
  • Educating customers about the quality, value, and uniqueness of our jewellery collections.
  • Demonstrating excellent product knowledge and staying updated on industry trends.
  • Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Conducting sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and managing inventory systems.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • Participating in visual merchandising activities to showcase our jewellery collections effectively.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in the jewellery industry.
