Jewellery Sales Consultant
Responsibilities:
As a Jewellery Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in our company's success by delivering exceptional service and establishing long-lasting relationships with our customers.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers in selecting jewellery pieces that meet their individual preferences, needs, and budgets.
- Providing expert advice on gemstones, precious metals, and jewellery designs.
- Educating customers about the quality, value, and uniqueness of our jewellery collections.
- Demonstrating excellent product knowledge and staying updated on industry trends.
- Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conducting sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and managing inventory systems.
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Participating in visual merchandising activities to showcase our jewellery collections effectively.
Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in the jewellery industry.
