We are now seeking a talented and highly driven individual to join our customer service team to help support the company's ambitious growth plans.

Your Role
As a Retail Store Manager, you will be leading a motivated and passionate team working in our Retail Store.

Your focus will be on understanding customer needs within our industry, and fulfilling those requirements, along with the day to operations of the store.

To succeed in this role, you will be a team player who cares intensely about delivering exceptional customer service.

You will be curious and willing to learn the core elements of the lighting industry and have a result-orientated mindset and motivation to share in our company's success.

Previous experience working in a customer service and sales driven retail environment is essential.

Salary:
$65, $70,000.00 per year
