The role
The surveillance team is integral to helping deliver a safe gaming experience for our guests. We have an opportunity for a
General Manager - Surveillance to join our Perth team.

Tasked with structuring the department for success in a changing regulatory environment, this is an exciting opportunity to drive change and help transform the future of Crown.


As General Manager - Surveillance you will be responsible for leading the surveillance business unit ensuring that the regulatory obligations, business strategic and operational surveillance objectives are met for the property.

You will also;

  • Create and deliver Surveillance strategies and initiatives to protect the business, including the implementation of risk management practises. This requires vigilant and visible leadership across the teams in each business unit to ensure objectives are achieved in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Drive a culture of meeting or exceeding regulatory requirements by implementing surveillance strategies and ensuring baseline systems are reviewed and followed.
  • Implement risk management strategies that are aligned to the broader company strategy.
  • Provide coaching, reward and recognition, performance counselling with a commitment to aligning and developing skills and abilities, promoting growth, and supporting employee success.
  • Ensure Surveillance meets its financial targets though development, maintenance and reporting on capital and operating budgets, policies and procedures, and action plans to support the business plan.

About you


This role is pivotal to the future operations of Crown, to be successful you will need to have extensive experience in integrated resort surveillance and a passion for driving change.

You will have the ability to work collaboratively and share knowledge across the properties. You will also have;

  • Project management experience with the ability to be agile in a transformation environment.
  • Probity and credit clearance and ability to obtain Casino Special Employee License is essential.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated environment with strong knowledge of responsible gaming and antimoney laundering regulations.
  • Extensive leadership experience with the ability to drive performance and become a focal point for new initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
