We are looking for ICT Admin in Sydney, Melbourne or Canberra locations.

You will have:

Mandatory Skills:

Strong analytical skills;
Strong troubleshooting skills;
Strong reporting skills;
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
Strong knowledge of Microsoft security stack;
Strong knowledge of Google productivity stack;
Knowledge and experience with technologies such as VSTS / Azure DevOps, SQL Server, Web technologies, Content Management System & AV solutions; and
Excellent documentation and business process mapping skills.

Desirable skills:

Knowledge of security reporting standards and practices such as Australian Signal Directorate (ASD) Security Standards, ASD Information Security Manual, Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) and ASD Essential Eight;
Knowledge of the Fresh Service Incident Management tool; and DevOps capabilities using Microsoft Azure including code deployment and maintenance, essentially basic CI/CD using Microsoft Azure DevOps.

You will be required to:

Continuous and reliable support on any helpdesk call assigned;
Correct operation of the core network and infrastructure;
Maintenance of the security and integrity of the core network;
Management and support of mobility technology (phones, tablets);
Management of Azure / AWS server operating environments;
Maintenance of M365 features (Entra/AAD, Exchange, Priva, Purview & Endpoint Manager);
Maintenance of communication technologies (switching, routers, gateways, networks);
Maintains cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure, Salesforce) and Hypervisor platforms;
Support decommissioning technologies such as Google G Suite and related technologies; and ability to travel between Canberra, Melbourne and Sydney offices on occasion as required.
