$50.77 p/h plus super
The Digital Content Coordinator is responsible to the Manager Communications of the client's major project and will:

  • Monitor and draft timely and accurate responses to queries received through the client's digital channels.
  • Generate digital content for use on the client's online resources, including the website and social media accounts, to support the overarching communications strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Presents information effectively and efficiently for digital channels.
  • Monitors and drafts timely and accurately responses to queries received through digital channels.
  • Assists with writing copy tailored for the variety of the client's digital channels.
  • Maintains and updates the project website.
  • Prepares publishready content, including but not limited to news articles, eDMs, graphics and PDF documents.
  • Films and/or photographs milestones and construction activities, including managing postproduction to a standard suitable for dissemination across the project channels.
  • Maintains positive relationships across the project partner agencies to enable an ongoing exchange of ideas about digital communication opportunities.
  • Liaises with project stakeholders as required.
  • Monitors and drafts responses to comments and queries across all digital channels, as per the client & project Digital Communications Strategy.

Essential Criteria:


  • Proven experience in content planning and management, with the ability to prepare a range of publishready content including, but not limited to news articles, eDMs, video content and photography.
  • The ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and exercise selfmotivation with a minimum of supervision.
  • Proven analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • A strong level of oral and written communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to liaise and negotiate with clients at all levels.
  • Proven ability to work within a team environment and contribute to the achievement of team goals.
  • Desirable Experience
  • Tertiary (Bachelor or higher) qualification in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Media, Digital or related discipline and/or proven relevant experience.
  • Experience in creating engaging graphic design materials.
**_NB: A current National Police Clearance will be required prior to commencement._
