The Financial Crimes (FC) Domain brings together key capabilities to disrupt financial crime & deliver on our regulatory obligations to protect our customers and community.


This role will join the FC OCM team, which supports the execution of the Group's Financial Crime Compliance strategic initiatives.

Working in partnership with our Crews and business stakeholders, the OCM team aims to simplify and embed changes for our people and customers.

The OCM team supports a large number of Crews and projects.

This role will largely support the 'Sirius & Operating Model Transformation program' which will implement a new strategic Workflow & Case Management platform (known as Sirius) for the Financial Crime Operations team of circa 2,000+ team members.

This is a complex, large scale and multi-stream program of work which will deliver significant benefits and better outcomes for our people & customers.


Do work that matters:


As the Chapter Lead, you will lead the change, business engagement and change strategy for multiple programs of change, as well as a team of change delivery resources to achieve effective and sustainable change and business outcomes.


In this role you will work closely with your Crew Lead, Product Owners, change owners, squads and key business stakeholders to understand and manage the change for your Chapter, and guide others to do the same.


More specifically, you will:

  • Lead a team of change practitioners providing day to day people management, including onboarding, hiring, skill building, career development, coaching, and performance management.
  • Ensure the peoplerelated benefits and risks of the change are wellunderstood and managed including activities which contribute to postimplementation benefit realisation.
  • Develop and execute effective strategies and plans to manage the people impact of proposed changes and projects, including overseeing all related communications, training and stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide change advice to project delivery teams; stakeholders and senior leaders; working as a key business partner/advisor.
  • Lead the identification, management and engagement of stakeholders, including identification and resolution of stakeholder operational risks & issues.
  • Lead the effective delivery of the change interventions and solution; working cross functionally to ensure the change outcomes are successfully achieved.
  • Partner with key stakeholder to understand their change needs and provide insights into the stakeholder groups, knowledge and ability gaps.
  • Provide responsive, effective, accurate and timely change advice to senior leaders and report regularly on progress and achievement of change outcomes.
  • Lead the development of artefacts, including change impact assessment, change implementation plans, communication plans, stakeholder engagement, business readiness assessment and resistance management plan.
  • Report on the effectiveness of the change management discipline and leverages insights to inform continuous improvement opportunities back to the broader Change Management Chapter Area and Practice.
  • Collaborate across the Change Management Chapter Area and Practice to drive knowledge sharing, learning and problem solving.
