The opportunity


In this newly created role, you'll be joining CareSuper during a time of exciting growth and transformation Reporting to the Manager P&C Talent & Capability you'll be responsible for the learning journey of our people.

Your extensive learning and development background will enable you to design, develop, and deliver just in time learning as well as targeted training programs to support and improve our people's skills and knowledge.

This role demands a strong understanding of the value Learning & Development (L&D) can bring to an organisation. You will be a L&D advocate, helping gain and retain talent, increase job satisfaction and improve productivity. Your work can inspire new and existing career pathways.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritise L&D needs
  • Implement an organisational L&D framework
  • Develop and source L&D content utilising creative adult learning principles
  • Promote training across the fund
  • Scheduling and monitoring essential training and compliance
  • Supporting with skills assessment that feeds into succession planning
  • Utilisation of our current LMS System

What you'll bring
A passion for learning You're a strong facilitator with great presentation skills - both in person and hybrid. Experienced in L&D and proficient with e-learning platforms.

You're comfortable with a wide range of variety, understanding that some days will be admin heavy and others highly creative.

You will use staff performance and feedback to continually improve our offering. Your skills and experience will enable creation of engaging and meaningful learning journeys.
