About the Role:
An exciting, permanent opportunity currently exists with CFA, for a self-driven, experienced administrator.
This integral role is responsible for supporting & coordinating the office of the Deputy Chief Officer and provides administrative and project support to the Regional Leadership Team and the Regional Business Manager.
- Highlevel administrative and project support
- Updating record management systems and preparing reports and other documentation
- Identification of improvements to systems and processes
- Sourcing information and undertaking research tasks
About You:
To succeed in this position, you will demonstrate high level administration, organisational and coordination skills with a sound understanding of various IT systems, including strong MS Office skills.
Important to this position is your ability to prioritize issues and maintain an awareness of potential risks impacting the South-West region from a support level.
