Our Client
Due to a growth in business, our client is seeking a highly motivated Investments Officer.

Well established, they are recognised as a specialist provider of Superannuation Administration services for a variety of members. They focus on providing innovative and personalised service, utilising cutting-edge technology.


The Role
You will be responsible for providing a high level of client service to members, advisers, trustees and various stakeholders.

Further to this you will be:

  • Reporting on various activities including share & managed fund transactions
  • Assisting the Investments Specialist in quality checking
  • Liaising with stockbrokers regarding cash & trade settlements
  • Reconciliation of accounts
  • Processing investment switches, share trades and managed fund transactions

Experience & Skills

  • Previous experience in Financial Services and knowledge of the ASX
  • Strong reporting & reconciliation skills
  • Ability to plan and organise effectively
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders
