Join Australia's leading team in car service and repairs Our up-and-coming Morayfield store is looking for a

Store Manager, ready to be a part of something new and exciting.

Although a new store, our Morayfield store is renowned for high-quality customer service and workmanship, so we are looking for someone to uphold these values and make it their own

The Role

You will ultimately supervise the effective operation of the workshop, ensuring all staff are supported and able to meet KPI's / sales targets.

Along with this, the role includes:

Create and maintain strong customer / client / supplier relationships
Manage and report on weekly and monthly KPI''s and targets to head office
Use your knowledge and understanding of brands to promote products
Ensure a clean and safe working environment for our staff and customers

About You
We are looking for someone who has a hardworking mindset, with a genuine passion for cars, mechanics, and the automotive industry

You will have:

At least 2 years' experience managing an automotive centre
Provide a genuine service, lead by example to create lasting impressions
Trade qualifications are desirable, but not essential
Valid, Australian Manual Driver's License
