ABOUT THE ROLE
Applications are invited for an Assistant HSC Presiding Officer with future career progression to HSC Presiding Officer.

This role is responsible to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) for the effective conduct of HSC examinations at the School.


_Please note that Assistant Presiding Officers must not have a friend or close relative sitting the HSC at any school, or be an employee of the school._

To be successful for this role, you will need to have the following skills, knowledge and attributes:

  • Managing examination supervisors.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of all exam conduct.
  • Reviewing the setup of examination areas, including any equipment required.
  • Following the NESA security and administrative procedures.
  • Working in a team environment, attention to detail.
  • Managing students' exam conduct.
  • Checking and organising exam materials before and after each exam.
  • Be available for the entire exam period.
