An exciting opportunity to work in a holiday park in the beautiful coast in the City of Gold Coast, Queensland.

The Role

Reporting to the Park Manager, this role involves delivering exceptional service to our guests - face to face and over the phone - as well as assisting with administrative and cleaning tasks.

You will be friendly, enthusiastic and available to work Tuesdays and Wednesdays each week. Essential You will have Holiday Park experience, particularly with the RMS booking system.

You will bring to the role:

Fantastic customer service;
Professional and personable telephone manner;
Experience with computerised booking systems and good computer skills;
Experience handling cash and EFTPOS transactions;
Flexible attitude to hours, including availability on weekends and at short notice.
Ensure the cleaning is completed in a timely manner
Ability to work in a team environment

ESSENTIAL:

First Aid Level
We can train you.

Current CPR

We can train you.
National Police Check clearance upon onboarding
Working with Children's Check NSW or equivalent

DESIRABLE:

RMS 9+(Online Reservation System) experience**:

Experience in a similar role
