A great opportunity for an experience case manager to join a busy Federal government agency and demonstrate your case management and policy execution skills.

About the Role:

You will be undertaking end to end case management activities.
You will be obtaining necessary information and advice to effectively solve AAT matters at early intervention
You will be preparing documents and attend Case Conferences, Conciliations and Hearings.
You will responsible for assessing risk to all parties and providing recommendations for solution.
You will be preparing and maintaining electronic record keeping supporting decisions and outcomes

About you:

You will have strong experience in endtoend case management.
You will have previous experience in a legal setting and or/ with legislation
You will have strong experience in conciliations, tribunals, and hearings
You will have leadership experience
You will have strong critical thinking and problemsolving skills
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills
You will have the ability to conduct research and analysis
You will have strong interpersonal skills liaising with internal and external stakeholders

You will have the ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
