ALG has a fantastic Permanent opportunity for the role of
Bookkeeper based in our Brisbane Head office at the Brisbane Airport.
This full-time opportunity involves reporting directly to the Company Accountant and represents a remarkable chance to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling daily banking operations and processing payments.
- Generating invoices and managing receipt processes.
- Managing general accounts receivable and payable tasks.
- Reconciling credit card expenditures.
- Maintaining comprehensive records of project expenses through Excel.
- Assisting in the coordination and reservation of events.
- Conducting various administrative duties.
Selection Criteria:
- Certificate IV in Bookkeeping (Minimum Requirement) or equivalent
- Standard knowledge of Excel
- Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
- Ability to work effectively with mínimal supervision
- Able to organise and prioritise workloads
- Eager to learn with a cando attitude.
- Previous Experience with Xero/Astute is advantageous.
