Your Team
The Digital Team creates and drives the Bankwest digital experience for our customers through our digital channels (mobile app, internet banking and website).

Your Impact
The Delivery Lead role is one of the core delivery roles within Bankwest, with a principal focus on co-ordinating delivery of customer outcomes and effective management of technology and process focused change.
Bankwest's Blaze Delivery Model and has a critical role to play in driving the achievement of Digital & Data's strategic outcomes.
The Delivery Lead role will have accountability for ensuring excellence in Delivery focused team activities, leading capability development in Delivery practices with fellow team members and playing a key role in the management of business stakeholder expectations.
Your responsibilities:
Establishing and managing relationships with both peers and senior executives across the Delivery & Engineering Chapter, within the Digital & Data Team and across the organisation to effect delivery of objectives for D&D.
Enabling the delivery of quality customer outcomes by:
- Driving the execution of key activities within agreed timeframes and costs and at a high level of quality
- Coordination and sequencing across a number of activities and dependencies
- Scope management and governance
- Managing all risks and issues, assumptions, and dependencies
- Ensuring that budgetary and quality parameters and controls are appropriately reported on
- Adherence to Delivery processes, reporting frameworks, practices and controls based on Bankwest's Blaze Delivery Model
- Contributing to the ongoing enhancement of Delivery processes & methodologies.
- Ensuring a culture of quality and focus on Delivery

- Individuals undertaking this role will already have developed high levels of competency, experience & strategic awareness in a delivery environment to enable them to effectively deal with the complexity of directing large scale initiatives.
- Excellent organising and planning skills with the ability to coordinate and manage multidiscipline activities; to organise workloads in a structured and logical way; and whilst working to tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated expertise in establishing & maintaining relationships both with a wide range of stakeholders in a large & diverse organisation, including strong analytical & tactical delivery skills directed at exceeding expectations.
- At least 5+ years' experience in a Delivery focused role, with demonstrated success in achieving customer outcomes, within timeframe and budget expectations and in line with governance standards, in an agile environment.
- Experience in interaction at executive level management.
- Tertiary qualifications in IT or Business related field or appropriate professional certification in Project Management desirable.
