- CR/020434_ FinXL IT are seeking a People Services Advisor (HR) for a client in Telecommunications. This role will be on a contract basis for 12 months+ located in North Sydney.
Requirements:
Essential:
Experience with Workday, Salesforce, UKG
Experience working in HR/HR admin role
Strong understanding of employee lifecycle
Experience drafting contracts and policies.
Desirable:
Experience with other HR tools e.g Sales, UKG...
Strong communication skills, problem solving and attention to detail
