About the job:


Job tasks and responsibilities

  • Support Management and Account Managers with Quotes, Proposals, and Sales Assistance
  • Build an open, honest, and trusting relationship with our clients and internal business units to ensure requirements are always met within expectations.
  • Accurate and timely data entry into various systems used by the organisation e.g., Student Management System, Customer Relationship Management System etc.
  • Taking inbound sales calls and inquiries
  • Greeting students on arrival to ensure an outstanding customer experience from the onset.

Skills and experience
to be considered for this role

  • Experience in a previous sales role highly regarded
  • Initiative and enthusiasm and willingness to learn about our services
  • Highly effective written and oral communications skills, as well as attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport in person and over the phone and in person
  • Ability to work in a small team but also be able to work autonomously.

Salary:
$60, $80,000.00 per year
