As a Community Relations Manager at Diona, you will play a crucial role in providing impactful engagement to our stakeholders and communities.
You will work closely with our Project Managers and Engineers to ensure community planning, risk mitigation and positive opportunities are identified.
Working across Diona's client base in Queensland, you'll have the opportunity to bring your enthusiastic and creative approach to project a strong and positive image of our operations to our clients and stakeholders.

- 5+ years' experience in construction, mining, or related industry.
- Tertiary qualification in communications or another related discipline.
- Experience in managing a team with a high degree of planning and time management.
- Ability to thrive in a high paced work environment with a high level of attention to detail.
- Have a sound understanding of legislative and regulatory requirements, standards, guidelines, codes of practice and contractual specification relevant to the role.
- Demonstrated and proven communication, influencing, negotiation and relationship development skills.
