Permanent, full-time position.
Rolling Day Shift - 4 days on 4 days off (6am-6pm)
We are seeking an experienced, energetic & focused Store person to assist in our busy Parts Department.
This role is based at our Sydney Airport workshop, the primary focus is supporting the parts department operation by picking, dispatching, and receiving goods.
You will need to be able to pass a national police check as you will need to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)The Company

The Group is active since 1999 in providing Ground Support Equipment Maintenance, Rental, and Fleet Management to Ground Handlers, Airlines, and Airports.
The GSE term encompasses all equipment used in aviation ground operations, such as; push-back tractors, loaders, tractors, belt loaders, catering trucks, ground power units, and air starter units, tow bars, trailers-dollies, baggage carts, and other general equipment in an airport.
This role will see you responsible for:
- Efficiently receive and dispatch goods
- Proactively maintain housekeeping standards in the parts store
- Assist with collating orders for internal service staff.
- Timely and accurate processing of paperwork including invoices, purchase orders, transfers, etc.
- Collaborate with service technicians regarding their request for parts & accessories.
- Assist in rolling stock takes.
- Promoting a safetyfirst approach
- Arranging couriers for dispatch and collection of goods
About You:
To be successful in this role you will need to possess the following:
- Automotive or Heavy Vehicle aftermarket parts exposure.
- A motor trade or engineering background would be highly regarded.
- Handson experience in stock control
- Able/Willing to work within procedural guidelines.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to converse on all levels.
- Excellent communication skills and phone manner
- Forklift License or the will to obtain.
- Strong organizational skills and problemsolving ability.
- Ability to meet deadlines and forward planning skills.
- Competent computer skills, including experience with MS Office Suite
- Current and valid driver's license
- Able to pass a Police check
- Able to pass a preemployment medical check
