Based within the national head office in Macquarie Park, this well-known and established brand is seeking a customer service representative on a temp to perm basis starting asap This role is all about animals, so you must be a lover of pets and comfortable to work in a pet friendly office.

This organisation is looking for a committed and driven customer service professional to join their growing team. Whether you have experience within Hospitality, Retail or Call-Centre customer service we encourage you to apply.


The Role

  • Your channels will change to provide you with variation during your day.
  • Use the system to work through cases lodged by customers via the website.
  • Troubleshoot issues the customer has with processing orders.
  • Data entry into the system for orders and customer details.

Skill & Experience

  • Previous experience within a customer service and/or client serving position.
  • Commitment and passion for customer service.
  • High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong data entry experience.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • A lover of animals
This role will pay $34ph + super including overtime rates for any overtime you work. This role varies in hours from 2-4 shifts per week between 8am - 9pm.
