Incubeta Panalysis is seeking to employ an experienced Analyst Programmer specialising in designing and delivering Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager implementations.
To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 2 years hands on experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager where you have designed and delivered complex implementations.

About the opportunity
Reporting to the principal consultant, you'll be part of a small local analytics team and a wider team of 50 across performance, technology and creative, working with leading brands.
While this is a technical role, you'll be close to the action; translating analytics requirements into specifications and designing solutions to match.
There is room to grow in this role through deepening your technical expertise across a broad range of clients and to implement high quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Obtain analytics requirements from clients and create SOWs and timeline proposals for clients.
- Convert analytics requirements into specifications and design Google Analytics solutions to match them.
- Coordinate with our clients to manage the implementation of updates to their website or app to implement data layer events and changes to the app tracking where required.
- Implement advanced analytics and tag management solutions including Server Side Tag Management, Enhanced Conversions and Conversion APIs.
- Configure Google Analytics and implement features such as custom reports to meet clients' requirements.
- Test the tag management system and Google Analytics to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with Google Analytics and other tags such as Floodlight tags, Facebook pixels, TikTok, etc.
- Undertake analysis and reporting tasks to support clients and create dashboards for them.
About you
You're a technical specialist who knows Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager inside out. You have a strong understanding of how analytics fits into a business context and how it impacts business performance.
You love working with clients at a business level, identifying problems, designing analytics solutions and driving technical delivery in a collaborative team.
You have strong written communication skills, along with keen attention to detail and an ability to juggle multiple clients and competing demands.
You will need to have demonstrated:
- At least 2 years' experience where implementing Google Analytics is a key part of your role
- A track record designing and implementing GA projects
- Experience delivering enduser training and supporting end users in GA
- Experience in an agency or consulting environment
- Certification in Google Analytics (GAIQ)
- An ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with GA and other tags
- Experience with Google Cloud services including BigQuery and App Engine and Cloud Run
- Experience and certification in Adobe Analytics.
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms such as Tealium, Lexer, or others is a plus.
- Demonstrated competencies in understanding how analytics fits into a business context and how it impacts business performance.
Salary:
$100, $120,000.00 per year
