Do work that matters

As Digital Product Owner, you'll work directly with Bankwest leadership to deliver a seamless banking experience for the future.

You will guide an Agile, autonomous, cross-functional team, to deliver new and enhanced innovations and customer experiences across our digital messaging platforms and Bankwest mobile app.

On any given week you will- Release and iterate on a product that meets user needs and achieves business goals- Define the roadmap and feature requirements to improve user experience and outcomes- Drive operational performance, resilience and tech simplification- Lead the Squad day-to-day to deliver change and lifecycle activities & define and prioritise backlog within a Squad- Address impediments, drive decisions, escalate as necessary- Identifies, articulate and manages risks across streams of work- Collaboratively works with others to break down complex problems- Manage interface with stakeholders, processes and infrastructure outside the Squad

We are interested to hear from people who have- Experience working in an agile environment as a Digital Product Owner- Experience in Live Person or other digital conversations channels is desired- Influential and confident stakeholder management skills- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen- Experience with effective planning and the ability to contribute to tactical and strategic planning in support of a business planIf you're a driven, collaborative and enthusiastic human who wants to have a real impact on the digital experience of our customers - we would love to hear from you
