- In-Room Dining : Our In Room Dining Department service our guests at The Star Gold Coast. As a Food & Beverage Supervisor will need to be dynamic, well presented, pro-active to the needs of our guests, culturally sensitive and a real people person. In this role you will be responsible for the day–to-day smooth running of the department and effective supervision of the team.
- Work alongside the Venue Manager to recruit and develop team members
- Ensuring RSA standards are met at all times
- Assist in leading the venue
- Ensuring all team members maintain cleanliness and organisation of the venue
- Serving Food and creating and serving of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for our patrons
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of guests
